Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use globalvipservices.com or hire us to expedite a passport, visa, or related document service. Last updated July 2026.
What we are, and what we are not
Global VIP Services is a private expediting and courier service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Passport Agency, USCIS, or any foreign consulate or government. Everything we do for you, you could do yourself directly with the government. What you hire us for is experience, hand-carried delivery, careful document review, and speed.
Our service fees and government fees are separate
Two kinds of fees apply to most orders. Government agencies and consulates charge their own fees for passports and visas, and those fees go to them, not to us. Our service fee covers our work: reviewing your documents, preparing and submitting your application, tracking it, and getting your documents back to you. Current service fees are listed on our website and confirmed with you before we start.
Processing times
The processing speeds we quote reflect how quickly the government typically completes applications we submit at each service level. They are based on years of experience, but final timing always depends on the government agency or consulate that issues your document. We cannot force a government office to move faster, and no honest expediter can. When you have a hard travel date, tell us up front and we will recommend the service level that realistically fits it.
Your responsibilities
Fast processing depends on complete, accurate paperwork. When you work with us, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate information on every form and document.
- Supply the documents your application requires, such as proof of citizenship, photos, and proof of travel, in the condition the government requires.
- Sign government forms yourself where a personal signature is required.
- Tell us promptly if your travel plans or contact details change.
Government agencies decide whether to issue a passport or visa. If an application is delayed, suspended, or denied because of issues with the underlying documents or eligibility, that decision belongs to the government, and government fees are generally not returned by the agency.
Payments
We accept card payments through our secure online checkout and Zelle. Card payments are processed by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. Payment is due as agreed when you place your order. If anything about a charge looks wrong, contact us right away and we will sort it out.
Refunds and changes
Orders differ, so we handle refunds and changes case by case rather than hiding behind fine print. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Where work has not yet been performed we will always try to find a fair outcome. Government fees that have already been submitted to an agency are outside our control.
Shipping and documents
When your order includes shipping, we use established couriers and provide tracking. Once a package is in the courier network, delivery timing follows the terms of the courier. We recommend sending valuable documents with signature service, which is how we ship them back to you.
Website use
The content on this site, including guides, checklists, and downloadable forms, is provided to help you prepare. It is general information, not legal advice, and government requirements can change without notice. Always confirm current requirements for your specific situation, or call us and we will confirm them with you.
Limitation of liability
We take real care with every application, and our responsibility is to perform the expediting services you hired us for with professional diligence. We are not liable for decisions made by government agencies, for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us, or for costs such as missed travel that result from government processing beyond our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
