Privacy Policy
This page explains what information we collect when you use globalvipservices.com or work with us on a passport, visa, or related service, and how we handle it. Last updated July 2026.
Who we are
Global VIP Services is a private passport and visa expediting company. We have served travelers since 2003 from our offices in Los Angeles, Arlington, and Chicago. We are not a government agency, and this policy covers our website and the services we provide directly.
What we collect
Most of what we collect is information you choose to give us so we can do the work you hired us for. That includes:
- Contact details you share when you call, email, message us on WhatsApp, or visit an office, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
- Application details needed to expedite a passport or visa, such as your travel dates, passport information, and the documents required by the government form you are filing.
- Shipping details when you request a prepaid label, such as the pickup address for your documents.
- Basic technical information that most websites receive automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working well.
Payments
When you pay by card through our website, the payment is handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. Your card number goes directly to the processor and never touches our servers. We receive only a confirmation of the payment, the amount, and the billing details you entered, so we can match the payment to your order and send a receipt. Zelle payments happen entirely inside your banking app.
Cookies and local storage
We keep this simple. The site uses:
- A language preference saved in your browser so the site remembers whether you chose English or Spanish.
- A sign-in cookie for our own employees who use the staff tools on this site. It does nothing for regular visitors.
- If we enable analytics, a standard measurement cookie that helps us understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. The site keeps working, it just forgets your language choice.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to prepare and expedite your application, to communicate with you about your order, to arrange shipping, and to process payments. We submit your application materials to the relevant government agency or consulate because that is the service you asked us to perform.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers. We only share information with third parties when it is necessary to complete your service, for example the US Department of State, a foreign consulate, our payment processor, or the courier delivering your documents, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your service, answer follow-up questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Physical documents are returned to you or handled as your application requires.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about your order, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Just call or visit an office and we will help.
Children
We process passport applications for minors at the request of their parents or guardians. Our website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children online.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
